| 摘要 |
在当今时代下，我国的社会经济体系以及金融体系都实现了快速发展。在我国当前的金融体系中私募股权发挥的作用越来越重要，已经逐渐成为银行贷款以及IPO等之外一种重要的融资方式，私募股权虽然在我国资本市场中正在快速发展，但是私募股权从上世纪80年代发展至今，虽然为我国中小企业以及各资本市场的发展提供了有效支撑，同时也暴露出了很多问题。因此本文主要针对我国私募股权投资当前的发展现状进行探讨，对我国私募股权投资当前发展存在问题进行深入剖析，以此为基础给出了相应的建议。

| Abstract |
In todays era, my countrys social and economic system and financial system have achieved rapid development. Private equity plays an increasingly important role in my countrys current financial system, and has gradually become an important financing method other than bank loans and IPOs. Although private equity is developing rapidly in my countrys capital market, private equity has grown from Since the 1980s, although it has provided effective support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and various capital markets in my country, it has also exposed many problems. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the current development status of Chinas private equity investment, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current development of my countrys private equity investment, and gives corresponding suggestions on this basis.
