摘要
分析在对帕金森患者进行护理的过程中开展优质护理干预对于改善患者情绪以及提升患者生活质量的作用。方法 结合对比护理探究的方式开展本次研究,纳入在2021年2月至2022年5月收治患者中的82例为样本,盲选均分为对照组(41例,常规护理)和观察组(41例,优质护理),分析护理效果。结果 对比两组患者在恢复过程中的心理状态,在SDS、SAS量表评分上,实施优质护理干预前,两组无差异,P>0.05,干预后,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。对比两组生活质量,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 帕金森患者在治疗的过程中接受优质护理干预,可以对患者在恢复期间的生活质量进行提升并达到对患者心理状态进行改善的目的,有助于患者恢复。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of high-quality nursing intervention in the process of nursing care for patients with Parkinsons disease in improving their mood and improving their quality of life. Methods This study was carried out in combination with the way of comparative nursing inquiry. 82 patients who were admitted from February 2021 to May 2022 were included as samples. They were randomly divided into the control group (41 cases, regular nursing) and the observation group (41 cases, high-quality nursing), and the nursing effect was analyzed. Results The psychological status of the two groups in the recovery process was compared. There was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Compared the quality of life of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention in the treatment of Parkinsons patients can improve the quality of life of patients during the recovery period and achieve the purpose of improving the psychological status of patients, which is conducive to the recovery of patients.
