Objective: To investigate the effect of external application of vinegar regulating shuangbo powder in the treatment of gout patients, and to improve the overall quality of patients uric acid indicators. Methods: 142 gout patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research object. Prospective randomized controlled trial was selected in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer, the control group and the experimental group, 71 cases each. In this study, all patients received clinical treatment by external application of Acetate Diaoshangbo Powder. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing. The patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention by medical personnel after the completion of treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results: After the treatment of this study, the total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 68 (95.77%), and the total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 52 (73.24%), with significant difference (P<0.05). After the treatment, the recurrence rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of uric acid in the two groups decreased significantly, while the concentration of uric acid in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gout is relatively common in clinical practice at present. When treating patients conditions, a reasonable treatment plan will inevitably affect the treatment effect of patients. The researchers believe that the external application of acetate and shuangbo powder on the basis of conventional treatment can help improve the patients body functions, and the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis can help improve the patients gout symptoms, The patients condition has been effectively improved.
