Objective: To investigate the effect of cooling blood and removing blood stasis in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 60 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected, and more than 30 patients received double-blind method. The comparison group (treated with western medicine) and the analysis group (treated with cooling blood and removing blood stasis) were compared in terms of cerebral hemorrhage volume, stroke diagnosis, NIHSS and GOS scores, total incidence of complications and treatment effect before and after treatment. Results: Before and after treatment, the amount of cerebral hemorrhage, stroke diagnosis, NIHSS and GOS scores in the analysis group were close to those in the control group (P>0.05). After treatment, the amount of cerebral hemorrhage, stroke diagnosis, NIHSS and GOS scores, the total incidence of complications, and the treatment effect were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: At present, there are many safe and effective schemes in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage, among which the way of cooling blood and removing blood stasis is very necessary, which has better effect in the long run, is more conducive to the quality of life of patients after recovery, and has higher safety, and should be widely used in this field.
