Objective To explore the clinical value of unprotected perineal midwifery nursing for primiparous women. Methods From August 2021 to August 2022, 92 primiparas in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (46 cases with unprotected perineal midwifery) and control group (46 cases with traditional midwifery). The perineal injury and lateral resection, SAS score, SDS score before and after nursing, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The perineal injury and lateral resection in experimental group were compared with those in control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in anxiety score and depression score between groups, P > 0.05; After nursing, SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were (23.34±4.28) and (24.51±3.57), respectively, P < 0.05. The complication rate of the experimental group (6.52%,3/46) was significantly lower than that of the control group (23.91%,11/46), P < 0.05. Conclusions The effect of unprotected perineal midwifery in primipara delivery is exact, which can avoid damage to perineum as much as possible and reduce the complications, and effectively relieve their bad psychological emotions, which is worthy of promotion.
