基于CiteSpace的我国患者益处发现研究可视化分析

摘要	目的：分析近十年我国患者益处发现研究的热点趋势，以期为我国患者益处发现领域后续研究方向提供参考。方法：检索中国知网数据库（CNKI）近十年内所有关于益处发现研究的文献，导入 CiteSpace 6.1 R2软件进行可视化分析。结果：共检索到234篇文献，根据纳排标准共纳入中文文献196篇。2014年开始年发文量呈增长趋势，研究热点集中在乳腺癌、照顾者、影响因素、干预措施等。但目前作者间、机构间未形成较大的合作网络。结论：未来研究应扩宽患病人群，拓宽研究对象，加强作者院校跨机构、跨地区合作，多方面探究患者的积极心理因素，顺应生物-心理-社会医学模式的发展，增强患者心理健康，实现优质护理。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the hot research trends of patient benefit finding in China in the past decade, in order to provide reference for the follow-up research direction in the field of patient benefit finding in China. Methods: CNKI database was searched for all the research literature on benefit finding in the past ten years, and CiteSpace 6.1R2 software was imported for visual analysis. Results: A total of 234 articles were retrieved, and 196 Chinese articles were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Since 2014, the annual number of publications has shown an increasing trend, and research hotspots focus on breast cancer, caregivers, influencing factors, intervention measures and so on. However, there is no large cooperation network among authors and institutions. Conclusions: Future research should expand the population of patients, broaden the research objects, strengthen the inter-institutional and inter-regional cooperation of the authors colleges, explore the positive psychological factors of patients in many ways, comply with the development of bio-psycho-social medical model, enhance the mental health of patients, and achieve high-quality nursing.
