Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Budu Shengji powder combined with MEBO gauze in dressing change after anorectal diseases, and to provide guarantee for the postoperative wound recovery of patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with anal fistula and perianal abscess after surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Control group adopts the new recovery liquid cleaning wounds, combined with the anus hemorrhoids and Niuhuang Zhiqing suppository and alginate dressings stuffing, the experimental group in the control group treatment on the basis of using poison born muscle pull loose joint article moist burn cream yarn for switching operation, observe two groups of patients with wound granulation growth situation, purulent secretion and wound pain, monitoring of drug safety. Results There was no significant difference in wound granulation growth and secretion score between the two groups at 3 days after operation (P>0.05). The scores of granulation growth and secretion at 7 and 14 days after operation in the experimental group (2.37±0.49, 1.37±0.65) and 1.89±0.47, 1.26±0.56) were significantly lower than those in the control group (2.63±0.49, 1.74±0.51; 2.17±0.51, 1.30±0.55), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The wound pain scores of the experimental group (7.20±0.80, 6.34±0.59, 4.11±0.90) were significantly lower than those of the control group (7.51±0.56, 6.66±0.54, 5.17±0.75) at 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Budu Shengji powder combined with MEBO gauze is safe and effective for wound dressing change after anorectal diseases, which is worthy of clinical application.
