摘要	观察在对小儿龋齿患儿进行治疗的过程中按照窝沟封闭术联合多乐氟进行治疗的效果。方法按照对比治疗观察的方式展开探究，纳入2020年2月至2021年4月进行治疗的小儿龋齿患儿80例为对象，盲选均分为对照组（40例，进行窝沟封闭术治疗）和观察组（40例，窝沟封闭术配合多乐氟进行治疗）。分析患儿远期恢复情况。结果对比两组患儿龋齿发生情况以及封闭剂脱落情况，观察组均明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对小儿龋齿患儿进行治疗的过程中按照窝沟封闭术配合多乐氟进行治疗，可以有效降低患儿远期龋齿发生率并改善患儿封闭剂脱落的情况，整体治疗效果较好。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of pit and fissure sealing combined with dolofloxacin in the treatment of children with dental caries. Methods According to the way of comparative treatment and observation, 80 children with dental caries who were treated from February 2020 to April 2021 were enrolled as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases, treated with pit and fissure sealant) and the observation group (40 cases, treated with pit and fissure sealant and dolofluor). To analyze the long-term recovery of children. Results Compared the caries occurrence and sealing agent shedding of the two groups, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with dental caries, the pit and fissure sealing operation combined with dolefluor can effectively reduce the long-term incidence of dental caries in children and improve the loss of sealant in children. The overall treatment effect is good.
