四联药物方案治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效研究

| 摘要 |
研究四联药物方案治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 将2021年1月-2021年12月期间我院收治的146例胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和实验组，各73例，对照组采用三联疗法，实验组为四联药物方案，对比应用效果。结果 实验组患者炎性因子水平、血清胃泌素、生长抑素水平缓解效果均优于对照组，不良反应低于对照组，且个各临床指标改善情况优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 四联药物方案能够更加高效的对患者进行治疗，患者炎性症状改善更加显著，降低患者发生不良反应的概率，同时患者治疗后不易复发，在临床当中受到患者的肯定。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of quadruple drug regimen in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: 146 patients with gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 73 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triple therapy and the experimental group was treated with quadruple drug regimen. The application effects were compared. Results: In the experimental group, the inflammatory factor levels, serum gastrin and somatostatin levels were better than the control group, and the adverse effects were lower than the control group, And the improvement of each clinical index was better than that of the control group,with P <0.05. Conclusion: the quadruple drug regimen can treat patients more efficiently, improve patients inflammatory symptoms more significantly, and reduce the probability of adverse reactions. At the same time, patients are not easy to relapse after treatment, which is affirmed by patients in clinic.
