| 摘要 |
探讨时间护理对冠心病心绞痛及心理状态的影响。方法 将我院2020年1月-2022年1月100例冠心病患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施时间护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表评分、心绞痛程度评分、护理满意度。结果 实验组焦虑自评量表评分、心绞痛程度评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 冠心病患者实施时间护理效果确切，可缓解心绞痛和改善患者不良情绪，提高满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of time nursing on angina pectoris and psychological state of coronary heart disease. Methods: 100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given time nursing. The scores of self rating anxiety scale, the degree of angina pectoris and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale and the degree of angina pectoris in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation time nursing effect of patients with coronary heart disease is accurate, which can alleviate angina pectoris, improve patients bad mood and improve satisfaction.
