| 摘要 |
分析消化内科老年患者护理工作中的安全隐患及解决对策。方法 选取2020年度我院收治的60例消化内科老年患者，按照常规护理方法和风险防范模式将其随机分组，作为对照组和观察组的研究对象，每组患者人数保持一致。利用观察对比的方法，研究消化内科老年患者采用这两种护理方法之间的效果差异。结果 采用风险防范模式的观察组患者在护理满意度和不良事件发生率方面的数据，均明显优于采用常规护理方法的对照组患者，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对消化内科老年患者采用风险防范模式，可以使患者的护理满意度及安全性均得到较好的改善，其临床护理效果明显优于常规护理方法。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the hidden safety hazards and countermeasures in the nursing work of elderly patients in the department of gastroenterology. Methods The 60 elderly patients in the Gastroenterology Department admitted to our hospital in 2020 were selected, and they were randomly divided into groups according to conventional nursing methods and risk prevention models, as the control group and the observation group, and the number of patients in each group remained the same. Use the method of observation and comparison to study the difference in the effects of these two nursing methods for elderly patients in the Department of Gastroenterology. Results The data on nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group using the risk prevention model were significantly better than those in the control group using conventional nursing methods, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting the risk prevention model for elderly patients in the department of gastroenterology can improve the patients nursing satisfaction and safety, and its clinical nursing effect is significantly better than conventional nursing methods.
