老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理配合研究

摘要	探讨老年下肢骨折患者应用手术室护理配合的效果。方法以2021.01~12期间，将我院收治的74例老年下肢骨折患者进行随机分组护理，37例对照组患者行常规护理干预，37例观察组患者，实施手术室护理干预，对2组患者的手术效果展开对比分析。结果观察组患者的手术指标、护理后的心理状态评分、术后并发症发生率，优于对照组患者，P＜0.05。结论对于老年下肢骨折患者，临床采取手术室护理配合的效果理想，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of operating room nursing cooperation in elderly lower extremity fracture patients. Methods: During the period from 01 to 12,2021,74 elderly lower limb fracture patients admitted to our hospital were randomized into nursing, 37 patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention, 37 patients in observation group underwent operating room nursing intervention, and the surgical effect of the patients in 2 groups was comparative analyzed. Results: The surgical index, nursing psychological status score and postoperative complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with P <0.05. Conclusion: For elderly patients, the effect of operating room nursing is ideal.
