| 摘要 |
研究心理护理用于妊娠期糖尿病病患的应用效果。方法 研究选取本院2021年10月～2022年2月收治64例妊娠期糖尿病病患作为研究对象。随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组用常规护理，观察组在此基础上加设了心理治疗干预。结果 实验研究结果表示，观察组和对照组进行空腹及餐后2h血糖数据以及依从性比对，与对照组（60.54%）相比较，观察组（95.48%）更高，此差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理前对照组和观察组的病患血糖水平无明显差异性（P>0.05）；然而在护理干预后病患血糖均下降，观察组空腹血糖（3.65±0.47）mmol/L、餐后2h血糖（5.07±0.62）mmol/L，对照组空腹血糖（4.70±0.55）mmol/L、餐后2h血糖（7.45±0.74）mmol/L，观察组病患的下降程度明显地比对照组更优（P<0.05）。结论 实行心理干预可对病患有促进康复的作用，对于妊娠期糖尿病病患的治疗的质量有所效用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 64 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given psychotherapy intervention on this basis. Results The results of the experimental study showed that the observation group and the control group compared fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose data and compliance. Compared with the control group (60.54%), the observation group (95.48%) was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the control group and the observation group before nursing (P>0.05); however, after the nursing intervention, the blood glucose of the patients decreased, and the fasting blood glucose of the observation group was (3.65±0.47) mmol/ L, 2h postprandial blood glucose (5.07±0.62) mmol/L, fasting blood glucose (4.70±0.55) mmol/L, and 2h postprandial blood glucose (7.45±0.74) mmol/L in the control group, the degree of decline in the observation group was significantly Better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological intervention can promote the recovery of patients, and has an effect on the quality of treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
