快速康复护理模式在宫颈癌围手术期护理中效果

摘要	分析快速康复护理模式在宫颈癌围手术期护理中效果。方法选择我院2021年5月~2022年7月收治的90例宫颈癌手术患者，按照随机抛硬币法，将其分为研究组和对照组，各45例。研究组采取快速康复护理，对照组采取常规护理。对比两组护理前后的情绪评分。结果研究组的汉密尔顿焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论选择快速康复护理措施，应用于宫颈癌的围术期护理中，有利于缓解患者的负面情绪，降低并发症发生率，加快康复进度，提升生活质量。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative nursing of cervical cancer. Methods: 90 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the coin toss method, with 45 patients in each group. The study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. The emotional scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: The scores of Hamilton anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing measures in the perioperative nursing of cervical cancer can help alleviate the negative emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, speed up the progress of rehabilitation, and improve the quality of life.
