Objective: To explore the clinical value of interventional therapy in arterial occlusive disease of lower limbs. Methods: 50 patients with arterial occlusive disease of the lower extremities were randomly selected and analyzed. The selected time was from January 2021 to January 2022. Catheter intra-arterial thrombolysis, PTA (percutaneous transluminal angioplasty) and selective endovascular stent placement were performed on them to explore their clinical effects. Results: after treatment, 7 of the 50 patients had a degree of patency of more than 80%, and 4 patients with complete occlusion without patency underwent bypass surgery. After PTA and stent implantation, the degree of patency ranged from 90% to 100%; After 46 patients were treated by endovascular intervention, 35 patients symptoms disappeared and 11 patients symptoms improved. 6 months after the operation, 2 patients had restenosis in the original position, and 1 patient had restenosis 1-3 years after the operation. Conclusion: in the treatment of arterial occlusive disease of lower extremities, catheter intra-arterial thrombolysis and PTA are effective therapies. In clinical practice, it is necessary to select appropriate therapies according to the patients condition.
