| 摘要 |
探究高血压患者实施护理干预的重要性。方法 选取2020年12月到2021年12月在我院收治的60例高血压患者为研究对象，随机抽签分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受整体护理。对比两组患者的遵医行为、各项体检指标及各项生活质量水平。结果 护理干预后，观察组患者在血压监测、规范用药、合理饮食等方面的遵医行为显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；舒张压、收缩压、总胆固醇指标水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；各项生活质量指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 临床上针对于高血压患者的护理而言，整体护理可有效提高患者的遵医行为，优化患者的功能指标，改善患者生活水平，以促进患者尽早恢复日常生活，有临床推广应用的价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the importance of nursing intervention in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 60 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine care, and the observation group Patients receive holistic care. The medical compliance behavior, various physical examination indicators and various quality of life levels of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the observation groups medical compliance behaviors in blood pressure monitoring, standardized medication, reasonable diet, etc. were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); P < 0.05); the quality of life indicators were better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For the clinical nursing of hypertensive patients, holistic nursing can effectively improve the patients compliance behavior, optimize the patients functional indicators, improve the patients living standard, and promote the patient to return to daily life as soon as possible, which has the value of clinical promotion and application.
