综合护理干预对口腔扁平苔藓患者情绪、生活质量及疗效的影响分析

摘要	观察综合护理干预对口腔扁平苔藓患者情绪、生活质量及疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析60例口腔扁平苔藓患者临床资料，治疗时间为2021.2-2022.2，随机分为两组，试验组30例，行综合护理干预，传统组30例，行常规护理干预，比较试验组及传统组口腔扁平苔藓患者的护理结局。结果试验组口腔扁平苔藓患者总有效率为96.67%，传统组口腔扁平苔藓患者总有效率为80.00%，试验组口腔扁平苔藓患者总有效率高于传统组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护理干预对口腔扁平苔藓患者情绪、生活质量及疗效的影响更大，可改善口腔扁平苔藓患者的情绪、提高治疗效果及生活质量，值得临床推广运用。
Abstract	Objective: To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on emotion, quality of life and curative effect of patients with oral lichen planus. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with oral lichen planus were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment time was 2021.2-2022.2. They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (30 cases), receiving comprehensive nursing intervention, and the traditional group (30 cases), receiving routine nursing intervention. The nursing outcomes of the patients with oral lichen planus in the experimental group and the traditional group were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients with oral lichen planus was 96.67% in the test group and 80.00% in the traditional group. The total effective rate of patients with oral lichen planus in the test group was higher than that in the traditional group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a greater impact on the mood, quality of life and efficacy of patients with oral lichen planus. It can improve the mood, treatment effect and quality of life of patients with oral lichen planus, and is worthy of clinical application.
