探究系统性护理对慢性支气管炎患者的护理效果

摘要	分析系统性护理用于慢性支气管炎的效果。方法从2021年3月-2022年3月的慢性支气管炎患者中随机抽取60例，随机数字表均分为A组（常规护理）和B组（系统性护理），对比两组效果。结果 B组护理后评分（PSQI、心理状态）优于A组（P＜0.05）。结论慢性支气管炎患者接受系统性护理，改善心理状态、生活和睡眠质量的效果理想，获得广大患者的高度认可。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of systematic nursing on chronic bronchitis. Methods 60 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly selected from March 2021 to March 2022. The random number table was divided into group A (routine care) and group B (systematic care), and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The post nursing scores (PSQI, psychological status, quality of life, nursing satisfaction) in group B were better than those in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with chronic bronchitis received systematic nursing, and the effect of improving their psychological state, life and sleep quality was ideal, which was highly recognized by the majority of patients.
