| 摘要 |
探究分析人文关怀在检验科静脉采血患者中的作用。方法 选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022年 1 月，我院检验科接受静脉采血的患者共 80 例，作为本次研究对象。采用电脑盲选的方式，将 80 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用人文关怀的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；以及心理状况。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；以及心理状况方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对检验科接受静脉采血的患者采用人文关怀的护理模式进行干预，能够显著提升患者的护理满意度，同时能够显著改善患者的心理状态，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the role of humanistic care in patients with venous bloodcollection in laboratory department. Methods A total of 80 patients who received venous blood collection in thelaboratory department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.Eighty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computerized blind selection.The control group received routine nursing intervention. The observation group adopted humanistic care nursingmodel for intervention. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were compared andanalyzed. And psychological conditions. Results After nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction of theobservation group was significantly improved. And the psychological status was significantly better than thecontrol group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The humanistic care nursingmode for patients receiving venous blood collection in laboratory department can significantly improve thesatisfaction of patients nursing, and can significantly improve the psychological state of patients, which hasexcellent effect in the process of practical application, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
