督脉灸治疗心脾两虚症不寐病的护理探讨

| 摘要 |
分析探讨督脉灸治疗心脾两虚症不寐病的护理方法。方法 选取我院 2021 年接收治疗心脾两虚症不寐病患者 100 例为观察对象，所有患者均采用督脉灸治疗，并实施护理干预，将护理前后中医证候积分、不良反应发生率与复发率，以及情绪状态、睡眠质量进行比较。结果 护理后患者食欲不振、食量减少、腹部不适等中医证候积分均低于护理前，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后患者不良反应发生率与复发率均低于护理前，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后患者焦虑与抑郁评分均低于护理前，睡眠质量优于护理前，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 督脉灸治疗心脾两虚症不寐病效果较好，再辅助护理干预，能进一步提高临床疗效，改善患者负面情绪与睡眠质量，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing methods of insomnia caused by deficiency of bothheart and spleen treated by Du Mai moxibustion. Methods 100 patients with insomnia due to deficiency of bothheart and spleen received treatment in our hospital in 2021 were selected as the observation objects. All patientswere treated with moxibustion on the governors pulse, and nursing intervention was carried out. The scores ofTCM syndromes before and after nursing, the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions, as well as theemotional state and sleep quality were compared. Results The scores of TCM syndromes such as anorexia,decreased appetite and abdominal discomfort after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of patients afternursing were lower than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The scoresof anxiety and depression of patients after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the sleep quality wasbetter than that before nursing. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dumaimoxibustion has a good effect on insomnia due to deficiency of both heart and spleen. Assisted nursing interventioncan further improve the clinical efficacy, improve the negative emotions and sleep quality of patients, which isworth extensive promotion and application.
