| 摘要 |
研究分析疡愈膏在化脓性甲沟炎全甲拔甲术后换药的治疗效果。方法 选取 2021 年 3 月—2022 年 3 月我院（东葛院区）进行全甲拔除术并在门诊换药室换药的患者 78 例作为本次研究对象。应用随机分配法将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用疡愈膏进行换药，对照组使用凡士林进行换药，比较分析两组换药后治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组，组间数据差异 P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 疡愈膏应用于化脓性甲沟炎全甲拔甲术后换药的疗效显著，能够有效缩短伤口愈合时间，减少创伤疼痛感和创面分泌物，促进肉芽生长，加速甲沟炎病症痊愈，值得展开推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of Yangyu ointment on suppurativeparonychia after total nail removal. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, 78 patients in our hospital (DonggeHospital Area) who underwent total nail removal and changed their dressing in the outpatient pharmacy wereselected as the subjects of this study. Randomized distribution method was used to divide them into the observationgroup and the control group. The observation group used Yangyu ointment for dressing change, and the controlgroup used Vaseline for dressing change. The therapeutic effects of the two groups after dressing change werecompared and analyzed. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that ofthe control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Yangyu Ointment has asignificant effect on the dressing change after total nail removal of suppurative paronychia, which can effectivelyshorten the time of wound healing, reduce the pain and secretion of wound, promote the growth of granulation, andaccelerate the recovery of paronychia. It is worth promoting.
