| 摘要 |
儿科门诊人数较多，疾病类型复杂，患者年龄小，治疗非常困难，对医务人员工作的要求很高，特别是对护理工作质量有很大的要求。因此，医务人员有必要识别护理风险，而护理质量是保证患者安全的重要条件。本文综述了持续护理质量改进在儿科门诊护理风险管理中的应用效果。

| Abstract |
there are a large number of pediatric outpatients, the types of diseases are complex, the patientsare young, and the treatment is very difficult. There are high requirements for the work of medical personnel,especially for the quality of nursing work. Therefore, it is necessary for medical staff to identify nursing risks, andnursing quality is an important condition to ensure patient safety. This article summarized the application effect ofcontinuous nursing quality improvement in pediatric outpatient nursing risk management.
