| 摘要 |
将任脉灸用于心力衰竭（以下简称“心衰”）治疗，总结护理体会。方法 将 2021 年 6 月-2022 年 6 月心血管中心接收的 66 例心衰患者纳入研究，随机分为研究组与对比组，每组 33 例。两组均采用任脉灸治疗，对比组在治疗过程中应用一般护理，研究组在治疗过程中应用优质护理，观察两组护理前后的明尼苏达生活质量评分量表（MLHFQ）评分以及护理总满意指数。结果 护理前，两组心衰患者的MLHFQ 评分差异不明显（P＞0.05）；护理后，两组心衰患者的 MLHFQ 评分均降低（P＜0.05），研究组显著低于对比组，组间差异明显（P＜0.05）；研究组的护理总满意指数高于对比组，组间差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 相比于一般护理，在任脉灸治疗心衰过程中应用优质护理的效果更好，能够减轻疾病对日常生活的影响程度，患者自身也更加满意。

| Abstract |
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of Ren Mai moxibustion in the treatment ofheart failure (hereinafter referred to as "heart failure"). Methods 66 patients with heart failure received by thecardiovascular center from June 2021 to June 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided intothe study group and the control group, with 33 patients in each group. The two groups were treated with Ren Maimoxibustion. The control group applied general nursing during the treatment, and the research group appliedquality nursing during the treatment. The Minnesota Quality of Life Rating Scale (MLHFQ) score and the totalsatisfaction index of nursing were observed before and after the nursing of the two groups. Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in MLHFQ scores between the two groups (P>0.05）; After nursing, MLHFQscores of patients with heart failure in both groups decreased （P; The total satisfaction index of nursing in thestudy group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with general nursing, the effect of applying high-quality nursing in the treatment of heartfailure with Ren Mai moxibustion is better, which can reduce the impact of disease on daily life, and the patientsthemselves are more satisfied.
