Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on bladder perfusion after bladder cancer surgery. Methods 100 patients with bladder cancer after bladder instillation admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into groups according to whether continuous nursing was implemented or not. Fifty cases in the control group were given routine care, and 50 cases in the extended care group were given extended care. The mastery of health knowledge, self-management ability score, medical compliance rate, and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The mastery of health knowledge and self-management ability score of 94.24±4.21 and 92.15±4.45 of the continuous nursing group were higher than those of the control group, 84.14±2.45 and 82.45±1.13, P<0.05. The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the continuous nursing group were 96.00% and 92.00% were higher than those of the control group, 72.00% and 70.00%, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing on bladder instillation patients after bladder cancer surgery is definite, which is beneficial to improve the self-management ability of patients, improve their mastery of health knowledge, and promote the improvement of patients compliance with medicine and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application.
