| 摘要 |
评估在进行手术室护理管理的过程中将细节护理管理进行运用对于控制医院感染的作用。方法 按照对比护理管理的形式开展本次探究，选入 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月期间我院进行手术治疗患者 86 例为对象，数字表随机抽选分为对照组（43 例，行常规手术室护理）和观察组（43 例，进行手术室细节护理管理）。分析护理干预效果间差异。结果 结合对两组患者在手术期间护理满意度统计，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组护理质量以及护理人员综合考核评分，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。统计院内感染发生率，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在进行手术室护理管理的过程中将细节护理管理进行运用可以达到对院内感染进行预防和控制的目的，增加患者对手术室护理工作满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying detail nursing management in the process of nursingmanagement in operating room on controlling hospital infection. Methods This research was carried out in theform of comparative nursing management. 86 patients were selected for surgical treatment in our hospital fromMarch 2021 to May 2022. The patients were randomly divided into the control group (43 patients, receiving routineoperating room nursing) and the observation group (43 patients, receiving detailed operating room nursingmanagement). To analyze the difference of nursing intervention effect. Results According to the statistics ofnursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients during the operation, the observation group was higher than thecontrol group (P<0.05). By comparing the nursing quality and comprehensive assessment scores of nurses in thetwo groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of nosocomialinfection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application ofdetailed nursing management in the process of nursing management in the operating room can achieve the purposeof preventing and controlling hospital infection, and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing work in theoperating room.
