| 摘要 |
研究生殖中心护理安全隐患及管理对策效果。方法 选择 2021 年 06 月-2022 年 06 月到本院生殖中心接收诊疗的患者 92 例，按照不同护理方式，分作实验组（在护理中明确安全隐患，制定针对性管理对策）和对照组（常规护理管理），评估护理效果。结果 实验组不良反应 4（8.72％）低于对照组13（28.26％）（P＜0.05）；实验组护理质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组护理满意度 44（95.65%）高于对照组 38（82.61%）（P＜0.05）。结论 明确生殖中心护理安全隐患后，制定对应性管理对策可提升护理满意度和质量评分，降低不良事件发生率，值得运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the hidden danger of nursing safety in reproductive center and the effect ofmanagement countermeasures. Methods 92 patients who received diagnosis and treatment in the reproductivecenter of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according todifferent nursing methods the experimental group (identifying potential safety hazards in nursing and formulatingtargeted management strategies) and the control group (routine nursing management) to evaluate the nursing effect.Results ADR 4 (8.72%) in experimental group was lower than that in control group 13 (28.26%) (P<0.05); Thenursing quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （ P; The nursingsatisfaction of the experimental group was 44 (95.65% ） higher than that of the control group 38 (82.61%)(P<0.05). Conclusion After identifying the hidden danger of nursing safety in the reproductive center, formulatingcorresponding management countermeasures can improve nursing satisfaction and quality score, and reduce theincidence of adverse events, which is worth using.
