Objective To analyze and discuss the intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing mode on heartfunction of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 400 patients with coronary heart diseaseand heart failure who were treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the observation objects, andthey were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted theconventional nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing mode. The improvementof cardiac function and the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients before and after nursing werecompared. Results The cardiac function indexes of the two groups after nursing were improved compared withthose before treatment. The cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the controlgroup, and the total effective rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group. There was a statisticallysignificant difference in data comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing mode has obvious effecton improving the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. It can effectivelypromote the recovery of patients cardiac function, further improve the clinical efficacy, and restore patientsphysical indicators. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.
