| 摘要 |
探究人文关怀在妇科体检护理中的价值。方法 于我院接受妇科体检的人员中选取 128例，时间：2019 年 10 月~2022 年 10 月，以干预不同手段为依据将 128 例患者分为两组，将常规干预、人文关怀分别给予对照组（64 例）、观察组（64 例），对比组间干预效果。结果 干预后，对比组间 SAI 评分、护理服务质量、体检效率、满意度，观察组均较对照组优（P<0.05）。结论 将人文关怀开展在妇科体检中，获得了较为确切的效果，体检效率提升，受检者负面心理改善，护理服务质量、满意度提升，值得推行。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of humanistic care in gynecological physical examinationnursing. Methods 128 patients were selected from the gynaecological physical examination personnel in ourhospital from October 2019 to October 2022. 128 patients were divided into two groups according to differentintervention methods. Routine intervention and humanistic care were given to the control group (64 cases) and theobservation group (64 cases) respectively to compare the intervention effect between groups. Results Afterintervention, the SAI score, nursing service quality, physical examination efficiency and satisfaction of theobservation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanisticcare in gynecological physical examination has achieved more accurate results. The efficiency of physicalexamination has been improved, the negative psychology of examinees has been improved, and the quality andsatisfaction of nursing services have been improved. It is worth promoting.
