| 摘要 |
探究分析中药热奄包治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者护理效果。方法 抽取我院近一年（案例研究截取时间：2020 年 12 月-2021 年 12 月）收治的 85 例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者为观察对象并纳入本组研究，将其依照随机数字表法分成两组，对照组分得 42 例，观察组分得 43 例，两组患者均行中药热奄包治疗，但对照组同时施以常规护理，而观察组同时施以综合性中医护理，对比两组患者的护理成效。结果（1）观察组所在患者的护理总有效率为 95.35%，高于对照组的 83.33%，数据对比显示 P＜0.05；（2）观察组所在患者中医症候积分低于对照组，数据对比显示 P＜0.05。结论 中药热奄包治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎过程中施以综合性中医护理能够帮助患者快速缓解其临床症状，可取得显著疗效。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of hot election package of traditionalChinese medicine on patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold. Methods Samplingour hospital in the past year （case study time: From December 2020 to December 2021）, 85 patients with chronicgastritis with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach were selected as the observation objects and included in thisstudy. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method , with 42 cases in thecontrol group and 43 cases in the observation group. However, the control group received routine nursing at thesame time, while the observation group received comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing at the sametime. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results（1）The total effective rate of the observationgroup was 95.35%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group, and the data comparison showed P < 0.05;（2） The TCM syndrome score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the data comparison showed P < 0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen-stomachdeficiency and cold type with traditional Chinese medicine reelection package, comprehensive traditional Chinesemedicine nursing can help the patients to quickly relieve their clinical symptoms, and can obtain significantcurative effect.
