探讨优质护理在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用

| 摘要 |
探究在胃镜联合肠镜（无痛性）检查中应用优质护理的效果评价。方法 此次研究共选取受试者 60 人，研究时限 2021 年 3 月到 2022 年 3 月，利用统计学方法进行分组，每组受试者 30 人，分成对照组使用基础护理，研究组在检查过程中应用全程优质护理，分析两组间护理实施效果。结果 研究组受试者满意度量表各项评分（基护、态度、沟通、宣教、环境及技术操作）和总分值均高于对照组，P＜0.05；对照组不良反应发生率（20%）高于研究组（3.33%），P＜0.05。结论 在胃镜联合肠镜（无痛性）检查中应用全程优质护理干预，可以提高患者检查舒适度和满意度，降低不良事件发生率，保障患者的诊疗安全。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of whole course nursing intervention in gastroscopy combinedwith enteroscopy （painless） examination. Methods A total of 60 subjects were selected in this study. The studyperiod was from March 2021 to August 2022. The subjects in each group were divided into 30 groups by statisticalmethod. The subjects in each group were divided into the control group and the study group used the whole processnursing during the examination. The actual effect of nursing between groups was analyzed. Results The scores（basic nursing, attitude, communication, education, environment and technical operation） and total scores of thestudy group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in thecontrol group （20%） was lower than that in the study group （3.33%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The applicationof whole course nursing intervention in gastroscopy combined with enteroscopy （painless） can improve patientscomfort and satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and ensure the safety of patients diagnosis andtreatment.
