| 摘要 |
目的研究观察分析心理护理在寻常型银屑病患者护理中对负性情绪的影响。方法：选取 2020年 2 月－2021 年 2 月在我院进行治疗的 100 例寻常型银屑病患者，采用随机数字分组法分为研究组（心理护理）、对照组（常规护理），每组 50 例。对比分析两组护理前后心理状态、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果：护理后研究组心理状态评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：寻常型银屑病患者在护理过程中，实施心理护理可有效缓解患者负性情绪，提高其生活质量，降低不良反应发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the influence of psychological nursing on negative emotions inpatients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in our hospital fromFebruary 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into study group (psychological care) and control group(routine care) with 50 patients in each group. The psychological status, life quality score and adverse reaction rateof the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The psychological status score ofthe study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05); The quality of life score was higher than that ofthe control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process ofpatients with psoriasis vulgaris, the implementation of psychological care can effectively alleviate the negativeemotions of patients, improve their quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
