| 摘要 |
探讨健康教育路径在体检中心护理中的应用价值。方法 选取 2020 年 5 月至 2022 年 5 月在本院体检中心进行健康检查的 100 例体检人员，采用随机数字表法进行分组，对照组 50 例给予常规护理，观察组 50 例给予健康教育路径，对比两组体检质量、健康知识认知及护理质量。结果 观察的体检时长、体检效率、体检可信度等体检质量指标评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组的饮食知识、心理知识、疾病预防知识、生理知识等健康知识认知评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的责任意识、工作标准、沟通协调、健康宣教、问题解决、服务态度等护理质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 健康教育路径应用能够提高体检中心的护理质量，增强健康知识掌握程度，提升体检质量，值得推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of health education path in nursing of physicalexamination center. Methods 100 physical examiners who were examined in the physical examination center ofour hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected, and randomly divided into groups. The control group (50cases) was given routine nursing care, and the observation group (50 cases) was given health education paths. Thequality of physical examination, health knowledge and nursing of the two groups were compared. Results Thescores of physical examination quality indicators such as physical examination duration, physical examinationefficiency and physical examination reliability were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); After nursing,the cognitive scores of diet knowledge, psychological knowledge, disease prevention knowledge, physiologicalknowledge and other health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group interms of responsibility awareness, work standards, communication and coordination, health education, problemsolving, and service attitude (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education path can improve thenursing quality of physical examination centers, enhance the mastery of health knowledge, and improve the qualityof physical examination, which is worth popularizing and applying.
