| 摘要 |
探析优质护理服务在消化内镜诊疗中的应用效果。方法 选取 2021 年 2 月~2022 年 2 月我院接收的 120 例消化内镜诊疗检查患者，随机分为两组，对照组实施常规护理服务，观察组实施优质护理服务，比较两组患者的遵医行为、疾病知晓情况、并发症情况、焦虑、抑郁情绪等。结果 在遵医行为比较方面，观察组的总依从率为 98.33%，对照组的总依从率为 75.00%，组间比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在疾病知晓情况比较方面，观察组的总知晓率为 96.67%，对照组的总知晓率为 68.33%，组间比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在并发症比较方面，观察组的并发症总发生率为 1.67%，对照组的并发症总发生率为23.33%，组间比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在焦虑、抑郁评分比较方面，观察组护理后的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分均低于对照组，组间比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在消化内镜诊疗中实施优质护理服务可以提高患者的遵医行为和疾病知晓率，降低并发症的发生，改善焦虑、抑郁情绪，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in the diagnosis andtreatment of digestive endoscopy. Methods A total of 120 patients with digestive endoscopy received in ourhospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group receivedroutine nursing services, and the observation group received high-quality nursing services. The compliancebehavior, disease awareness, complications, anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared. Results Thetotal compliance rate of the observation group was 98.33%, and that of the control group was 75.00%, withstatistical significance (P<0.05); In comparison of disease awareness, the total awareness rate of the observationgroup was 96.67%, and the total awareness rate of the control group was 68.33%, which was statistically significant(P<0.05); In terms of comparison of complications, the total incidence of complications in the observation groupwas 1.67%, and that in the control group was 23.33%, which was statistically significant (P<0.05); In thecomparison of anxiety and depression scores, SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group after nursingwere lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementationof quality nursing service in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy can improve patients compliancebehavior and disease awareness, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve anxiety and depression, and isworthy of clinical application.
