Objective To explore the application effect of safety management mode in the nursing of elderlychronic bronchitis. Methods 100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from October2019to October 2021were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group（50patients）and control group（50 patients）.During this period, the control group adopted routine nursing, while theobservation group implemented safety management mode on the basis of the control group. Then compare the twogroups of patients in the elderly chronic bronchitis nursing application effect analysis. Results The patients in theobservation group passed the safety management mode, and the incidence of complications after nursing was lessthan that in the control group; At the same time, by comparing the nursing compliance of the two groups, the valueof the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference between the groups,P<0.05. Conclusion For the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis, the respiratory function of the patients in thegroup has been improved by adopting the safety management mode, and it has a positive effect on the preventionand treatment of complications and compliance of the patients, which can effectively improve the quality of life ofthe patients, with high clinical application value.
