| 摘要 |
分析在糖尿病并发高血压患者护理中应用人性化护理的临床实施效果。方法 随机抽取2020 年 2 月至 2022 年 2 月来我院接受治疗的糖尿病伴高血压患者 80 例作为研究对象，将其以随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组中患者人数为 40 例,对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者实施人性化护理,详细对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后两组结果对比发现，观察组患者遵医用药行为以及日常自我管理能力同对照组比较均显著提升，患者的血糖水平及血压各指标与对照组相比均显著改善，（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病合并高血压患者实施人性化护理干预，可增强患者对疾病的认知度及重视度,提高患者的遵医用药行为和日常自我管理能力,从而能够使患者的疾病控制在最佳状态，减轻疾病危害性。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical implementation effect of humanized nursing in the nursing ofpatients with diabetes and hypertension. Method randomly selected from February 2020 to February 2022 to ourtreatment of 80 patients of diabetes with hypertension as a research object, the random number table method intoobservation group and control group, the number of patients in each group is 40 cases, control group patients giveroutine care, observation group of patients with humanized care, detailed comparison between the two groups ofnursing effect. Results After the comparison of the results of the two groups, we found that the observation groupand their daily self-management ability were significantly improved compared with the control group, and theblood sugar level and blood pressure index were significantly improved compared with the control group, (P <0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention for patients with diabetes and hypertension can enhance patientsawareness and attention to the disease, and improve patients medical compliance behavior and dailyself-management ability, so that patients can control the disease in the best state and reduce the disease harm.
