| 摘要 |
探讨创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能障碍患者采取护理干预的效果。方法 选择 2021 年 12月-2022 年 8 月我科收入的创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能障碍患者（n=13）作为研究对象，对上述患者均采取康复护理干预，观察患者护理后效果。结果 护理后患者 NIHSS 评分、Barthel 评分及 MMSE 评分明显优于护理前（P<0.05）。护理后患者生活质量相比较护理前较高（P<0.05）。13 例患者中，3 例患者未出现创伤后应急障碍，其他患者均出现不同程度的“神经系统功能障碍”，以意识模糊、躁动不安、认知障碍、生活自理能力下降，甚至生活不能自理为主，经护理干预后，患者相关症状均得到缓解或消除。结论 对创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能障碍患者实施护理干预措施可起到明显的效果，尤其是采取早期康复护理，可有效改善患者神经功能及精神状体，并可提高其生活能力及生活质量。建议该护理方法推广并应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with neurological dysfunctionafter traumatic brain injury. Methods The patients with neurological dysfunction（n=13）of traumatic brain injurypatients admitted by our department from December 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the rehabilitation nursing intervention was taken for the above patients to observe the effect after nursing.Results: The NIHSS score, Barthel score and MMSE score of patients after nursing were significantly better thanthose before nursing （P<0.05）. The quality of life of patients after nursing was higher than that before nursing（P<0.05）. Among the 13 patients, 3 patients did not have acute disorder, and other patients had "nervous systemdysfunction" to varying degrees, mainly confusion, lethargy, restlessness. After nursing intervention, the relatedsymptoms of patients were alleviated or eliminated. Conclusion The implementation of nursing interventionmeasures for patients with neurological dysfunction after traumatic brain injury can play a significant role,especially early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the neurological function and mental state of patients,and improve their living ability and quality of life. It is suggested that this nursing method be popularized andapplied.
