| 摘要 |
探究分析全程优化护理在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的价值。方法 选取于 2021 年 1 月至2022 年 1 月，我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者共 100 例，作为本次研究对象。将 100 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预，观察组采用全程优化护理模式进行干预。对比两组的护理满意度、抢救相关指标。结果 经护理干后，观察组在护理满意度、抢救相关指标方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对急性心肌梗死患者进行干预的过程中，采用全程优化护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升护理满意度，同时能够显著改善抢救相关指标，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the value of whole process optimized nursing in the rescue ofpatients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarctionadmitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. 100 patientswere randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened byconventional nursing mode, while the observation group was intervened by whole process optimization nursingmode. The nursing satisfaction and rescue related indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Afternursing, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction andrescue related indicators, of which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the processof intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction, using the whole process optimization nursing mode tointervene can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing, and can significantly improve the rescue relatedindicators, which has excellent effects in the process of practical application, and is worth further promotion andapplication.
