| 摘要 |
现代医学科技的发展和医学模式的创新探索，有效护理成果在临床护理实践工作开展中越来越得以证实。急诊科作为各种疑难杂症和抢救、管理工作承载量最大的科室，是急诊病人入院治疗以及护理的必经之路，急诊护理工作开展的效果直接影响着患者生命健康安全。传统中医和现代西医的理论均认为心理护理在个体的健康恢复中的作用不可忽视，心理护理干预作为急诊护理工作中的重要护理手段对护理效果影响重大。

| Abstract |
Objective With the development of modern medical science and technology and the innovativeexploration of medical models, effective nursing achievements have been increasingly verified in clinical nursingpractice. As the department with the largest workload of various difficult and miscellaneous diseases, rescue andmanagement work, the emergency department is the only way for emergency patients to be admitted to hospital fortreatment and nursing. The effect of emergency nursing work directly affects the life, health and safety of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine and modern western medicine both believe that the role of psychological nursing inindividual health recovery cannot be ignored, and psychological nursing intervention, as an important nursingmeans in emergency nursing, has a significant impact on the nursing effect.
