| 摘要 |
观察流感病毒感染患儿采取细节护理的效果。方法 选取 2020 年 10 月至 2021 年 11 月收治的流感病毒感染患儿 100 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 50 例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予细节护理，对比效果。结果 观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组症状缓解时间低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组炎性指标低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 细节护理可有效改善流感病毒感染患儿的临床症状，减轻炎症反应，提升生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing care for children with influenza virusinfection. Methods 100 children with influenza virus infection admitted from October 2020 to November 2021were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases each. The control group wasgiven routine care, and the observation group was given detailed care to compare the effects. Results The nursingsatisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The symptom relief timeof the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The inflammatory indexes in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The score of quality of life in theobservation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing can effectivelyimprove the clinical symptoms of children with influenza virus infection, reduce inflammatory reaction, andimprove the quality of life.
