| 摘要 |
分析综合护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗期间的应用效果进行分析。方法 为了将当前系统性红斑狼疮患者的护理水平提升，首先需要采取更有效的护理干预模式，研究开展对比实验，实验对象为本院的64例系统性红斑狼疮患者，将患者进行双盲分组后，分别采取不同的护理方式，即常规护理以及综合护理干预，比较两组护理结果。结果 经比较发现，两组患者之间的护理效果存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在系统性红斑狼疮患者护理期间采用综合护理干预可以取得理想的护理效果，加速患者康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods In order to improve the current nursing level of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, it is first necessary to adopt a more effective nursing intervention model, and carry out comparative experiments. The experimental subjects were 64 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital, and the patients were divided into double-blind groups. Then, different nursing methods, namely routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, were adopted respectively, and the nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results After comparison, it was found that there was a significant difference in the nursing effect between the two groups of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing intervention during the nursing period of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can achieve ideal nursing effect and accelerate the recovery of patients.
