| 摘要 |
研究综合护理对心电图引导定位技术置入 PICC 患者置管成功率及不良事件的影响。方法 选择 2021 年 12 月-2022 年 07 月到本院接受心电图引导定位技术置入的 PICC 患者 126 例，按照护理方式的不同分作实验组和对照组，分析护理价值。结果 实验组护理满意度 60（95.24%）与置管成功率 61（98.39%）均高于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组不良事件发生率 4（6.35%）低于对照组 12（19.05%），P＜0.05；实验组心理状态评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。其中实验组患者 SAS 评分为 54.47±7.38（分）、SDS 评分为46.15±4.37（分）；实验组生活质量明显高于对照组患者，P＜0.05。结论 运用综合护理服务给予接受心电图引导定位技术置入 PICC 患者干预，可增强置管成功的概率，降低不良事件出现的风险，值得运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the success rate and adverse events ofPICC patients with ECG guided localization technology. Methods 126 patients with PICC who received ECGguided localization from December 2021 to July 2022 in our hospital were selected and divided into experimentalgroup and control group according to different nursing methods. The nursing value was analyzed. Results Thenursing satisfaction of 60 (95.24%) and the success rate of catheterization of 61 (98.39%) in the experimental groupwere higher than those in the control group （P<0.05); The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group 4(6.35%) was lower than that in the control group 12 (19.05%), P<0.05; The psychological status score of theexperimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score of the patients in theexperimental group was 54.47 ± 7.38 (points), and the SDS score was 46.15 ± 4.37 (points); The quality of life inthe experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Theapplication of comprehensive nursing services to patients receiving ECG guided localization technology for PICCplacement can enhance the probability of successful catheterization and reduce the risk of adverse events, which isworth using.
