| 摘要 |
为改善妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平，减少不良分娩结局发生，对妊娠期糖尿病患者采用分阶段转变护理干预措施的应用效果作进一步探究，为临床提供有效参考依据。方法 根据纳入标准采用双盲法选择 2019 年 1 月-2020 年 11 月期间于我院就诊治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者中选取 60 例，根据随机数表法进行分组，对照组（30 例），观察组（30 例），对比观察采用分阶段转变护理干预的观察组与采用常规护理干预的对照组的血糖水平、分娩结局、产后血糖达标率情况。结果 观察组的护理干预效果更好，分阶段转变护理干预的各方面数据指标优势更明显，产后血糖达标率（93.3%＞73.3%），P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，分阶段转变护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平有显著降低作用，有效减少患者的不良分娩结局，保障母婴安全，应用价值良好，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective In order to improve the blood sugar level of pregnant women with diabetes and reducethe incidence of adverse delivery outcomes, the application effect of phased transformation nursing interventionsfor pregnant women with diabetes was further explored to provide effective reference for clinical practice.Methods According to the inclusion criteria, 60 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in our hospitalfrom January 2019 to November 2020 were selected by double blind method. They were divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The blood glucose level,delivery outcome, and postpartum blood glucose compliance rate of the observation group with phasedtransformation nursing intervention and the control group with conventional nursing intervention were comparedand observed. Results The effect of nursing intervention in the observation group was better, and the advantages ofvarious data indicators of the staged transformation of nursing intervention were more obvious. The rate ofpostpartum blood glucose reaching the standard (93.3%>73.3%), P<0.05, indicating that there was a comparativesignificance. Conclusion The analysis shows that the phased transformation of nursing intervention has asignificant effect on reducing the blood sugar level of pregnant women with diabetes, effectively reducing theadverse delivery outcomes of patients, ensuring the safety of mothers and infants, and has good application value. Itis suggested to vigorously promote the application of this nursing program.
