Objective To analyze the effect of early pulmonary rehabilitation exercise on oxygenation indexin patients with respiratory failure, and to determine its application value. Methods The 46 patients included in thisstudy were all patients with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022. Theywere divided into two groups by blind selection and equal division (study group and reference group). The studygroup received early pulmonary rehabilitation exercise and routine nursing, while the reference group receivedroutine nursing. The emotional changes, complications, oxygenation index and patient satisfaction of the twogroups after different nursing were statistically evaluated, and the obtained data were analyzed and compared, so asto be used as the judgment standard of this study. Results TPre-nursing SAS and SDS scores were less different(P> 0.05), with P <0.05,4 (17.39%), 10 (43.48%), P <0.05, P> 0.05 between groups at each stage after care (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 22 （95.65% higher in the study group） and 17 (73.91%) lower, and thecomparison result was P <0.05. Conclusions Early pulmonary rehabilitation exercise is helpful to enhanceoxygenation index of patients with respiratory failure, relieve the bad mood of the disease, and reduce theoccurrence of complications. The feasibility and safety are high, and the effect is satisfactory to patients. It haswide clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
