| 摘要 |
探讨重症肺炎患者采取人性化护理的效果。方法 选取本院在 2020 年 3 月-2021 年 3 月期间收治的重症肺炎患者（n=50）为本次研究对象。应用随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组（n=25），采取常规护理，实验组（n=25）采取人性化护理。比较两组护理后的效果。结果 实验组症状缓解时间短于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 将人性化护理应用在重症肺炎患者护理中可起到确切的护理效果，能够促进患者相关症状的改善，减少并发症产生，故此患者对该护理比较满意。如上可见，人性化护理亦可推广于临床。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing for patients with severe pneumonia.Methods The patients with severe pneumonia (n=50) admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021were selected as the subjects of this study. The above patients were divided into reference group (n=25) andexperimental group (n=25) by using random number table. Compare the effect of the two groups after nursing.Results The symptom relief time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Thenursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe application of humanistic nursing in the nursing of patients with severe pneumonia can play a definite nursingeffect, promote the improvement of patients related symptoms, and reduce the occurrence of complications, so thepatients are satisfied with the nursing. As can be seen above, humanistic nursing can also be promoted in clinicalpractice.
