摘要
探究分析健康教育在小儿哮喘临床护理中的价值。方法 选取于 2020 年 2 月至 2021 年12 月,我院收治的哮喘患儿共 100 例,作为本次研究对象。根据患儿的入院序列数为基础,采用随机数字分组的方式,将 100 例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用健康教育的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组患儿家属对于疾病知识的掌握率以及护理过程中的依从性。结果 经护理干预后,观察组在患儿家属对于疾病知识的掌握率以及护理过程中的依从性方面明显优于对照组,其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对哮喘患儿进行干预的过程中,采用常规护理结合健康教育的护理模式进行干预,能够显著提升患儿家属对于疾病知识的掌握率以及护理过程中的依从性,在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果,值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the value of health education in the clinical nursing of childrenwith asthma. Methods A total of 100 asthmatic children from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected asthe subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences, 100 children were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode, while theobservation group was intervened with health education nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Thecontrol group and the observation groups family members mastery rate of disease knowledge and compliance inthe nursing process were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group wassignificantly better than the control group in terms of the mastering rate of disease knowledge and the compliancein the nursing process of the childrens family members, of which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions In the process of intervention for children with asthma, using the nursing mode ofcombining routine nursing with health education to intervene can significantly improve the childrens familymembers mastery rate of disease knowledge and compliance in the nursing process, which has excellent effects inthe practical application process, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
