| 摘要 |
针对营养规范化护理管理模式在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果展开分析。方法 选取 2021年 1 月-2022 年 12 月期间在我院进行放疗治疗的 60 例肿瘤患者作为研究对象，按对等原则分为对照组和研究组，各 30 例，对照组采用常规护理管理模式，研究组应用营养规范化护理管理模式，比较两组患者护理前后的血清白蛋白（Hb）、血清红蛋白（ALB）指标以及两组患者住院时间与生活质量评分（SF-36）。结果 两组患者护理前 Hb、ALB 指标无明显差异，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），护理后研究组 Hb、ALB指数均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组住院时间明显短于对照组，SF-36 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肿瘤放疗患者的护理中应用营养规范化护理管理模式，可以有效改善患者身体指标与营养状况，缩短患者住院时间，提高患者生活质量，护理效果较好，具有临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized nutrition nursing management modein tumor radiotherapy patients. Methods 60 tumor patients who were treated with radiotherapy in our hospital fromJanuary 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control groupand the study group according to the principle of equivalence, with 30 patients in each group. The control groupadopted the conventional nursing management mode, while the study group applied the standardized nursingmanagement mode of nutrition, and compared the serum albumin (Hb) Serum albumin (ALB) index andhospitalization time and quality of life score (SF-36) of the two groups of patients. Results There was nosignificant difference in Hb and ALB indexes between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, Hband ALB indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05); The hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, andthe SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Theapplication of nutrition standardized nursing management mode in the nursing of tumor radiotherapy patients caneffectively improve the patients physical indicators and nutritional status, shorten the patients hospitalization time,improve the patients quality of life, and the nursing effect is good, which has clinical promotion value.
