| 摘要 |
探究应用综合护理对老年痴呆患者认知功能障碍的干预效果。方法 选择我院收治的老年痴呆患者 60 例，随机分为对照组（30 例，选择常规护理）和观察组（30 例，选择综合护理），对比两组患者的干预效果。结果 观察组患者在护理后的简易精神状态量表评分（MMSE）以及日常生活自理能力评分表（ADL）高于对照组，观察组患者的心理焦虑发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年痴呆患者实施综合护理干预，有效改善患者的认知功能障碍，提高患者的生存质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on cognitivedysfunction of senile dementia patients. Methods 60 cases of senile dementia patients admitted to our hospital wererandomly divided into control group（30 cases, routine nursing）and observation group（30 cases, comprehensivenursing）. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of MMSE and ADL in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of psychological anxiety in theobservation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusions The comprehensive nursingintervention for senile dementia patients can effectively improve the cognitive dysfunction of patients and improvethe quality of life of patients, which has high clinical application value.
