Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of varicella vaccine in preventing chickenpox inchildren. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, a total of 100 children in this region were selected as thesubjects of this study. Among them, 50 children who had not received the varicella vaccine type were used as thecontrol group for this study, and 50 children who had been vaccinated with the varicella vaccine type were used asthe observation group for this study. The incidence of chickenpox in the control group and the observation groupwas compared; Condition after the onset of chickenpox; and incidence of adverse effects. Results The incidence ofchickenpox in the observation group; Condition after the onset of chickenpox; and the incidence of adversereactions was better than that of the control group, of which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Vaccination of children with chickenpox can effectively reduce the incidence of chickenpox and theincidence of adverse reactions, and at the same time can significantly improve the severity of childrens diseaseafter complicated by chickenpox, which has excellent effects in the process of practical application, and is worthyof further promotion and application.
