| 摘要 |
探究分析门诊护理管理工作中人性化护理服务模式的价值。方法 选取于 2021 年 3 月至2022 年 3 月,我院门诊患者共 300 例,作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础,采用随机数字分组的方式,将 300 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理服务模式进行干预;观察组采用人性化护理服务模式进行干预。对比分析对照以及观察组的护理质量;患者护理满意度。结果 经护理干预后,观察组在护理质量;患者护理满意度方面明显优于对照组,其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 在门诊护理管理工作中,采用人性化护理服务模式进行干预,能够有效提升患者的满意度,同时能够显著提升护理质量。在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果,值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the value of humanized nursing service model in outpatientnursing management. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, a total of 300 outpatients in our hospital wereselected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of patients admission sequences, 300 patients wererandomly divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group usedthe usual care service model for intervention; The observation group intervened using a humanized care servicemodel. Comparative analysis of quality of care in control and observation groups; Patient care satisfaction. ResultsAfter nursing intervention, the observation group was in the quality of care; Patient care satisfaction wassignificantly better than that of the control group, where (P<0.05 ) was a statistically significant difference.Conclusion In the management of outpatient nursing, the humanized nursing service model can effectivelyimprove patient satisfaction and significantly improve the quality of nursing. It has excellent effects in the processof practical application and is worthy of further promotion and application.
