| 摘要 |
分析动静脉内瘘术后血透用优质护理的价值。方法 对 2020 年 10 月-2022 年 9 月本科接诊动静脉内瘘术后血透病人（n=64）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 32 人，前者采取优质护理，后者行常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果 关于并发症：试验组发生率 3.13%，和对照组数据 18.75%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（30.12±3.57）分、（32.67±4.92）分，和对照组数据（43.71±4.58）分、（45.83±5.04）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 96.88%，和对照组数据 78.13%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 动静脉内瘘术后血透用优质护理，并发症发生率更低，负性情绪情绪缓解更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of quality nursing of hemodialysis after arteriovenous fistula.Methods From October 2020 to September 2022, 64 undergraduate patients (n=64) receiving hemodialysis afterarteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into two groups, 32 patients in each group. The former receivedhigh-quality nursing, while the latter received routine nursing. Complications and other indicators were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.13%, which was lower than that in thecontrol group (18.75%) (P < 0.05). At the end of the intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimentalgroup were （ 30.12±3.57) and (32.67±4.92), respectively, which were lower than those in the control group(43.71±4.58) and (45.83±5.04) (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.88%, which washigher than that of the control group (78.13%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing of hemodialysisafter arteriovenous fistula can reduce the incidence of complications and relieve the negative emotion morequickly.
